About
I'm Sofia, a clinical herbalist raised on my grandmother's remedies in Oaxaca. I run a small apothecary and classroom in Astoria.
I make tea blends and tinctures for stress, sleep and digestion, and teach people to work with plants at home.
I'm looking for healers and bodyworkers to co-create ritual evenings, where herbal tea and plant teaching pair with energy work, and for practitioners who want custom blends for their clients.
